About Me

My name is Eugene Niyazov, and I’m the President and Founder of Triton Builders.

I’ve spent over 20 years in the construction industry, helping deliver more than $1 Billion in real estate development projects throughout Southern California. My experience spans luxury high-rise residential, large-scale mixed-use, multifamily, affordable housing, commercial TI, and complex repositioning projects.

I began my career in estimating and project engineering, learning construction from the ground up—cost control, scheduling, field coordination, and execution. Over time, I advanced into construction management roles, working closely with owners, architects, and top-tier general contractors on highly complex projects, including serving as a direct liaison on a 34-story, $270M luxury residential tower in Los Angeles.

Throughout my career, I’ve led projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing value engineering, contract negotiations, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and construction. I take a hands-on approach and stay closely involved to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

After years of building for others, I founded Triton Builders to deliver the same level of discipline, transparency, and accountability under my own name. Triton Builders was built on the belief that successful projects come from strong planning, clear communication, and leadership that stays engaged from start to finish.

At my core, I’m a builder who believes trust is earned on the jobsite, not promised on paper. Triton Builders is a reflection of that belief—and of the standards I’ve carried with me from day one.
